• Limits - Max limits of $1M/$2M, Property authority is up to $1.5M TIV per location, $5M TIV per policy
• Can consider accounts with property coverage up to 5 locations
• Digital Brokerage (Non-Profit, Retail & Wholesale Trade, Daycare & Hospitality)
• TIV: $1.5M - $5M per location, $5M per policy, Up to 10 locations, Revenue: Up to $25M, Buildings with up to 1000 units
• Buildings up to 20 stories, Daycares with licensed capacity up to 1000, < 60% in liquor sales, Anything that does not qualify for Digital Brokerage will be routed to the appropriate Brokerage team
